This is a lovely lovely picture, that paints a thousand words or more. The questions rise, where is he, is he home, or a hotel, or someone else's home. Is he at the window waiting for his lover to appear, or watching him or indeed her to leaving. Maybe he's a dirty boy and ready to expose himself to a stranger walking by.
I guess we'll never know where those eyes were really going, gazing up, but I rather like the idea he's waiting for Nick to come down the path way and into those loving arms..

Love thunder storms. The guy is looking for Nick, his wild eyed lover. Hoping he will be safe and sound coming home.
